Constructing Concrete Pool

The Process of Constructing Concrete Pools

Pool is marked out to your individual design
Excavation begins usually this is done within 6 – 8 hours. We have a variety of excavators so the job can be done even with access down to 1 meter.
Form work is then placed around the hole. Now you can see its shape coming together.
A steel reinforced cage is built within the hole this gives you the flexibility to build almost anywhere.
Plumbing is then installed. These lines depend on the filtration system, heating and automatic cleaning options that you choose
Your pool at this point is certified either by council or an independent certifier.
Your pool is now ready to concrete – the concrete team will spray and shape the concrete and then it will take approx 28 days to fully cure. During this time the pool should be wetted down daily
Coping and tiling – at this point the coping, tiling and paving is installed with an unending range of products we will help guide you through this process. Over the last 22 years have completed everything from river pebbles to glass mosaic.
